Returns

We offer a 100% no-quibble Returns Policy. Within 28 days of your purchase, register your Return by emailing us at info@kaerligbeauty.co.uk and then simply package your products carefully and using tracked shipping, please post to:

Unit 2, Platform 5, Station Road, Maud, Aberdeenshire, AB42 5LY

As soon as we receive the products back, we will refund you within 14 days of receipt of the Return. This refund will include your postage both originally and the return. We think this shows we truly kær! 

 

Cancellations

We understand sometimes, you might wish to cancel an order. Just email us at info@kaerligbeauty.co.uk and we will fully refund you within 14 days.  If your items have already been despatched, please see the above Returns section.
